Odessa came to the US, along with two of her sisters. She was my pick puppy when we first
saw photo's of these youngsters at about 6 weeks of age. When she arrived, she was still the
one. I guess you could also say, she picked me. I have watched her grow and she has been a
spit fire from the beginning. She loves to investigate new things. She learns things very
quickly. She has a good retrieve drive and loves her food.
I trained her foundation in tracking, obedience and protection. She is fun to train and I look
forward to competing with her when she is older. I showed her as a pup in conformation and
she received a VP rating at 7 months of age.
Odessa's father, Melano, is a very nicely structured male that does nice work in the sport. Her
mother, Aischa also brings very correct conformation to the breeding. She has a correct length
and lay of croup, which is lacking in many German Shepherds. Aischa is a loving female and
passes many good qualities on to her offspring.
Certainly, Odessa is fun to train, but she is also a challenge due to her high drives. Odessa will
be titled to SchH3. She will be incorporated into my breeding program after she is titled and
koered.
