Nicho

      Nicholas (aka Nicho) came to us at 13 weeks of age from Dean and Karla Calderon of Dean
Calderon GSD's of Ohio. Nicho has super potential and has pronounced drives for working. He has
a super temperament, strong bone, a very nice head and intense focus for such a young puppy.
Thank you to Dean and Karla for letting me have such a nice puppy.
      Nicho comes from some of the top bloodlines in the world. His father Gismo von der Mohnwiese
(owned by Kevin Lanouette) was the 2005 and 2006 N.E. Regional Champion, placed 3rd at the
2008 North American Schutzhund Championships and is a Tom van't Leefdaalhof (2003 WUSV
Champion) son. He is a brother to Gringo von der Mohnwiese, who placed 9th at the 2005 WUSV,
and won the 2007 Belgium Nationals. Gismo is a half brother to Eros von der Mohnwiese - 2004 and
2005 WUSV Champion. Gismo has been said to be "a very powerful dog".
      His mother, Vienna von der Sägmühle is a very strong civil dog, and is a daughter of 4 time BSP
- Olex de Valsory and BSP - Kimba von der Sägmühle. Vienna has a very strong working mother line.
She has 8 BSP participants in the first three generations, including: Olex and Kimba, 1991 BSP
Sieger - Brix vom Kapfwald, Aly vom Vordersteinwald, Troll von der Bosen Nachbarschaft, Nick
vom Heiligenbosch, Half vom Ruhbachtal, and Yoshey von der Dollenwiese. Vienna will be competing
at the GSD Nationals with Mark Saccoccio, who won the South Central Regional, AWDF, North
American Championship and placed 5th at the FCI World Championships, all in 2008. Goodluck to
Mark and Vienna!!
      My goals for Nicho are HOT titling and koering him, possibly some competition, and also as my
breeding male (only after he is titled). I'm looking forward to training with Nicho. He is a welcome
